Facility Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate and maintain various systems, including electrical feeds, site-wide monitoring, and ultra-pure water gas scrubber systems.
  • Coordinate and provide site safety protocol training and 24-hour management of engineering, maintenance, and facilities.
  • Oversee staffing and performance management, as well as customer engagement and related reporting.
  • Implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for operations, maintenance, and facilities.
  • Manage equipment qualifications and tracking, as well as preventative maintenance from execution to scheduling.
  • Coordinate and communicate engineering change management from systems to personnel.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in facilities management and operations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
