We are seeking an experienced Property Operations Manager to support the daily operations of our apartment community, Legends at Berry, in St. Paul, MN.
Key Responsibilities
- Occupancy and Budget Management
- Maintain stable occupancy levels and meet budgeted financial goals
- Resident Relations and Customer Service
- Build strong relationships with residents and provide excellent customer service
- Training and Development
- Assist the Community Manager in training, directing, motivating, and assisting site personnel
- Community Engagement
- Establish positive relationships within the community
- On-Call Support
- Be available on-call as scheduled by management
Requirements
- 1-2 years of previous property management experience
- Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred
- Yardi software experience preferred
- Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
