Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing the monthly operations schedule, overseeing daily operations, and managing client and partner relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, implement, and manage the monthly operations schedule for clients and partners
  • Manage daily operations, including problem-solving for last-minute cancelations, late arrivals, billing issues, and client or consumer complaints
  • Provide administrative support by updating and maintaining data in appropriate systems to ensure smooth operations and data integrity
  • Provide reporting insights to the team regarding sales and operations performance

Requirements:

  • You must love process, work fast, and care about details
  • You should be very organized and detail-oriented, with a Type-A personality being a plus
  • You should be savvy with technology and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Excel doesn't scare you, and you're better and faster because of it
  • You're optimistic in the face of problems and capable of finding solutions
  • You can lift and carry up to 40 pounds and stand for up to two hours
  • You have strong communication skills and are comfortable giving direction
  • You think quick on your feet and make sound decisions
