About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Operations Coordinator to join our team at Lincoln Property Company.

This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.

The successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and have a strong knowledge of OSHA, NEC, and NFC codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of building systems, including scheduling and coordinating tasks with vendors and contractors.
  • Conduct regular inspections of building systems to identify potential issues and implement preventative maintenance measures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective resolution of maintenance issues.
  • Provide technical support to the Chief Engineer and Operations Manager as needed.
  • Assist in the monitoring of contractors and inspection of work to ensure compliance with company standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering or facility management.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in maintenance operations, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.
  • Comprehensive training and certification in HVAC or operation engineering technologies, or equivalent job-related training and experience.
  • Licenses(s) for applicable jurisdiction and equipment, including CFC training and certification.
  • Advanced knowledge of OSHA, NEC, and NFC codes and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
