We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Department of Plastic and Oral Surgery at Boston Children's Hospital. This role will provide exceptional patient care and administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary

The Administrative Patient Experience Representative will be responsible for coordinating various tasks related to patient scheduling, data entry, and communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients and their families.

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, with a mix of office and remote work arrangements. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Manage patient records and data entry with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting or customer-facing role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
