As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and leadership to clients, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account strategies, including day-to-day account activities and strategic guidance to clients.
  • Manage junior staff and provide mentorship and guidance to ensure their growth and development.
  • Collaborate with project management team to manage project budgets and provide financial tracking.
  • Support the account team in brand plan development, engaging appropriate team members accordingly.
  • Communicate strategy and tactical plans effectively across the team.
Requirements:
  • 4 to 7 years of pharmaceutical advertising agency experience.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal skills.
  • Media experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical medical, legal, regulatory (MLR) review process and systems.
  • Understand FDA rules/regulations and life cycle of a brand.
