Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute account strategies, including day-to-day account activities and strategic guidance to clients.
- Manage junior staff and provide mentorship and guidance to ensure their growth and development.
- Collaborate with project management team to manage project budgets and provide financial tracking.
- Support the account team in brand plan development, engaging appropriate team members accordingly.
- Communicate strategy and tactical plans effectively across the team.
- 4 to 7 years of pharmaceutical advertising agency experience.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal skills.
- Media experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical medical, legal, regulatory (MLR) review process and systems.
- Understand FDA rules/regulations and life cycle of a brand.
