About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Culture Pop Soda, a leader in the growing functional soda category, and contribute to our success as a Territory Sales Manager.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to drive sales and distribution growth throughout our territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with our retail partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales and distribution growth throughout the territory by identifying new business opportunities and fostering relationships with current account base.
  • Communicate retail account activity to our local distributor partners, distributor representatives, and management teams.
  • Plan and manage individual time and activities to maximize sales volume within the territory.
Requirements
  • Must live in and around Denver, CO, as the work will require covering this geography.
  • 4+ days a week in the field, with a focus on consistent calls on local retail buyers, decision makers, and key account managers.
  • Regular distributor ride-along to ensure alignment and support.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; minimum 3 years of sales experience in beverage or other similar CPG industry.
  • Must be a self-starter, organized, and driven to succeed and win, with excellent sales and relationship development skills.
  • Must have a vehicle, valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills, Excel, Word, and the Google Suite.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
