Plymouth, Minnesota, United States McDonald's Full time

This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald's USA.

The franchisee owns a license to use McDonald's logos and food products, for example, when running the restaurant.

However, this franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from McDonald's USA.

As a Crew Team Member at McDonald's, you will be part of a team that provides opportunities for growth and development.

You will help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals, prepare all of McDonald's World Famous food, and partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals.

For this role, you must be 14 years of age or older and have an outstanding attitude, willingness to learn and grow, and the capability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment.

Any information you provide in this application will be submitted only to the independent franchisee, who is the only company responsible for employment matters at this restaurant.

We are committed to a policy of Equal Employment Opportunity and will not discriminate against an applicant or employee on the basis of age, sex, sexual orientation, race, color, creed, religion, ethnicity, national origin, alienage or citizenship, disability, marital status, veteran or military status, genetic information, or any other legally-recognized protected basis under federal, state or local laws, regulations or ordinances.

Applicants with disabilities may be entitled to reasonable accommodation under the terms of the Americans with Disabilities Act and/or certain state or local laws.

Please contact us if you need assistance completing any forms or to otherwise participate in the application process or to request or discuss an accommodation in connection with a job at McDonald's.

We are taking proactive steps in response to the COVID-19 outbreak to ensure the safety in our restaurants across all communities.

We follow direction from the CDC, state, and local governments and adhere to our deep cleaning procedures in every restaurant, every day.

We also fully support employees who stay home from work if they are feeling sick.
