About the Role:

This is a full-time, in-office position at Audiology Inc. We are seeking a skilled and caring professional to join our team as a Hearing Health Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping more people hear better through life-changing hearing health delivered by the best personalized care.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Hearing Health Specialist, you will be responsible for providing clinical expertise to diagnose and treat hearing loss while ensuring a positive patient experience. This includes providing quality care and aftercare of dispensing services such as hearing tests, hearing aid fittings, educating and training hearing aid users on best practices. You will also be responsible for growing your patient population and meeting practice financial goals.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have an Active Hearing Aid Dispensing License or Audiology License in accordance with state requirements and 2+ years of Hearing Aid sales experience or 2 years equivalent in industry training under a licensed HIS or AuD.
