  • Exhibit in-depth knowledge of Microsoft products and services, with a focus on cloud solutions like M365, Azure, and DevOps practices, and stay up-to-date on emerging tech trends to integrate them into customer-centric solutions.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, deliver compelling presentations, and negotiate effectively to close deals.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, oversee team training, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance using key metrics, implement and refine sales processes to optimize the sales cycle, and conduct in-depth ROI analysis for sales initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Technical experience in Business, Marketing, or a related technical field or equivalent in experience.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in a technical or technology-focused industry.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft technologies, cloud computing, and DevOps methodologies.
  • Strong business acumen around the industry and/or regional settings.
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinker, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
