Direct Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team at Nextiva. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing high-performing sales teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Lead and manage high-performing sales teams to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to identify opportunities and develop solutions.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the SaaS or technology industry.
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Demonstrated expertise in sales strategy, process improvement, and change management.
Compensation:
A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
