A leading healthcare organization is seeking a dedicated and organized Licensed Practical Nurse to join its team. The salary for this position ranges from $36.00 to $43.88 per hour, depending on experience.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and modifying comprehensive care plans for residents in our long-term care facility. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will work directly under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice registered nurse, licensed physician, or other authorized healthcare provider.

Responsibilities
- Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer and evaluate nursing care, ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other personnel in the delivery of care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes

Requirements
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the practicing state
- Understanding of state and federal regulations governing healthcare practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues alike
