Civil Engineering Department Manager

At Luxus, we're seeking a seasoned civil engineering professional to lead and grow our thriving civil engineering team in the Charlotte Metro area.

Your Role:
  • Oversee project design, project management, client relationships, and business development.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of engineers in delivering exceptional results on land development projects.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships.
  • Actively engage with the community to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain rigorous quality control standards.
  • Guide and inspire your team, fostering their professional development.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in civil engineering land development, project management, and team leadership.
  • Strong background in site planning, grading design, construction document preparation, and knowledge of relevant codes and standards.
  • Proven ability to motivate and empower a team, foster collaboration, and drive successful project outcomes.
  • Keen understanding of business development principles and the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
