We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer/Project Manager to join our team at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and managing projects to create land development plans for our commercial, institutional, and residential clients.
Key Responsibilities- Design and manage projects to create land development plans
- Direct and review the design aspects, including site layouts, grading plans, stormwater management facilities, water quality best management practices, and utilities
- Interact with clients, contractors, and local government officials to impact the project from conceptual and design phases to construction and grand opening
- Manage junior team members and provide guidance on design and project management
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 6+ years of engineering experience in site layout, grading and drainage, utility, and erosion control design
- Professional Engineering Licensure (P.E.) in Tennessee or ability to obtain
- CAD/C3D design experience
- Proficient with drainage software, such as Hydraflow
- Experience assembling and reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and reports
- Project management experience or a desire to take on project management duties
