We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at Adams. As HR Manager, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of Human Resources, including recruiting, employee training and development, employee relations, and talent management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and employee communications
- Oversee recruitment and talent management processes, including workforce planning and development
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Partner with management to drive HR initiatives and improve organizational effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Manage HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and employee data
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resources
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience
- Strong internal customer focus and collaborative style
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
