Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of customer needs, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences, recommend merchandise selections based on customer needs and desires, and participate in visual directives, including monthly store sets and zone maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of current sales and promotions

  • Model and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Retail or sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Estimated Salary:

$48,000 - $58,000 per year
