Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead a team of 8-12 associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet customer demands.
  • Manage staff training and development programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Good working knowledge of computer/PC software (WORD, EXCEL).
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities.

The estimated salary for this role is around $70,000-$90,000 per year, depending on experience.
