Customer Experience Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Customer Experience Director to join our team at Epes Transport System, LLC. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead a team of 8-12 associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet customer demands.
- Manage staff training and development programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Good working knowledge of computer/PC software (WORD, EXCEL).
- Excellent communications skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities.
The estimated salary for this role is around $70,000-$90,000 per year, depending on experience.
