Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Recovery Specialist to join our Eastern Region Member Solution Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for resolving delinquency on manufactured home loans by initiating contact with delinquent members and working closely with them to find solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our members. You will work closely with our team to identify and address any issues that may be preventing our members from meeting their financial obligations. Your primary focus will be on finding solutions that benefit both our members and Credit Human.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of customer service principles and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions to complex problems.

Salary: $63,000 - $83,000 per year, depending on experience
