About the Role:

This senior-level position involves overseeing the customer experience team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining store recovery standards. You will also be responsible for leading omnichannel processes and planning/executing class and in-store events.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the customer experience team.

Requirements:

Estimated Salary:

$90,000 - $110,000 per year.
