Parts Counter Sales Representative

We are seeking a skilled Parts Counter Sales Representative to join our team at Truck Enterprises, Inc. in Harrisonburg, VA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding to their requests for parts purchases in a timely and professional manner.
  • Research customers' needs and determine the correct parts required, utilizing knowledge of heavy duty truck parts and systems.
  • Process orders, check in received parts, and assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and maintaining parts bins.
  • Assist with annual parts inventory physical count and other tasks as assigned by the Parts Manager.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in heavy duty truck parts sales or a related field.
  • Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of office procedures, including filing, correspondence, and basic accounting.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills, with the ability to read, write, and comprehend English instructions and information.
  • A valid driver's license and good driving record.
