About the Role:

As a Claims Service Specialist, you will serve as an advocate for our clients. You will engage directly with individuals who have recently faced a loss, assess the damage, and meticulously review all documentation to ensure accurate and fair representation of each case.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Thoroughly verifying claim details, determining coverage, liability, and reserves, and providing accurate reports on settlements.
  • Exhibiting strong negotiation skills while managing settlements with clients, attorneys, and other insurance providers with professionalism.
  • Maintaining well-organized files and keeping your team informed about current claims.

  • A genuine commitment to exceptional customer service through effective and diplomatic communication skills.
  • Strong time management abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
  • A passion for assisting others.
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred.

This position offers a competitive starting wage of at least $24.00 per hour, commensurate with skills and experience. We prioritize work-life balance, with a standard work schedule of 36.25 hours per week.
