About the Role:
As a Claims Resolution Specialist, you will serve as an advocate for our clients. Your role will involve direct communication with individuals who have recently faced a loss, assessing damages, and meticulously reviewing documentation to ensure accurate and fair reporting.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Thoroughly examining claim case details to determine coverage, liability, and reserves
- Effectively negotiating settlements with clients, attorneys, and other insurance providers
- Maintaining well-organized files and keeping your team informed on current claims
Even if you are new to the insurance industry, a strong foundation in customer service and communication skills is all you need to succeed; we will provide the necessary training.
What You Will Need:

- Prior customer service experience is preferred

This position offers a competitive starting wage of at least $24.00 per hour, commensurate with skills and experience. We also provide the possibility of hybrid work arrangements, allowing for work-from-home flexibility once training is complete and performance is established.
