About the Role:

As a Claims Resolution Specialist, you will serve as an advocate for our clients. Your role will involve direct communication with individuals who have recently faced a loss, assessing damages, and meticulously reviewing documentation to ensure accurate and fair reporting.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Thoroughly examining claim case details to determine coverage, liability, and reserves
  • Effectively negotiating settlements with clients, attorneys, and other insurance providers
  • Maintaining well-organized files and keeping your team informed on current claims

Even if you are new to the insurance industry, a strong foundation in customer service and communication skills is all you need to succeed; we will provide the necessary training.

This position offers a competitive starting wage of at least $24.00 per hour, commensurate with skills and experience.
