Administrative Support Specialist

Columbia County, OR is seeking a skilled Administrative Case Specialist I to join our Community Justice team. Our department's mission is to reduce criminal conduct and keep residents safe by providing evidence-based programming and interventions.
Job Summary
This full-time position involves 40 hours of administrative case management support to Parole & Probation Officers, including answering phones, maintaining records, and processing invoices. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative case management support to Parole & Probation Officers* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records* Process routine transactions and requests for information* Assist in completing client intakes and conducting initial interviews* Monitor payment and collections of fees
Requirements
* Equivalent to a two-year degree in criminal justice or a related field* At least three years of administrative or correctional case management experience* Working knowledge of behavior and adjustment problems in adults on supervision and methods of treatment* Law Enforcement Data Systems certification within six months of hire
