Job Description
The Administrative Case Specialist I position plays a critical role in supporting our Parole & Probation Officers in their efforts to supervise adult offenders. This role involves a range of administrative tasks, including record-keeping, data entry, and communication with clients and stakeholders. The successful candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
* Administer case management systems and maintain accurate records* Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders* Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and productivity* Collaborate with Parole & Probation Officers to ensure effective case management* Analyze data and prepare reports to inform decision-making
