POSITION OVERVIEW

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and implement strategies to enhance productivity and operational efficiency, utilizing Michelin's proprietary tools and Lean methodologies.

• Foster the development of operational teams, empowering them to manage continuous improvement efforts effectively.

• Design, execute, and refine manufacturing processes and tools to align with the company's safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.

• Evaluate and optimize existing procedures, collaborating with management to integrate effective solutions.

• Enhance team autonomy in driving progress by improving skills in change management and project oversight.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in leading teams or projects, establishing clear objectives, and promoting a positive work atmosphere. Military experience is advantageous.

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in industrial, manufacturing, or engineering roles, including internships or military service for entry-level candidates.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.

• Demonstrated ability to set and achieve goals independently.

• Collaborative mindset with a focus on achieving common objectives.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, including empathy and active listening.

• Experience in developing and executing project plans that meet or exceed expectations.
