Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of commercial, institutional, industrial, and residential buildings to ensure compliance with applicable codes and project plans.
  • Verify construction meets all relevant building codes, specifications, and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, coworkers, and government agencies, including the Office of School Facilities and the Office of State Engineer.
  • Produce detailed inspection reports and provide recommendations for code compliance.

Requirements:

  • Valid Driver's License
  • 2 years of experience in Code Inspections
  • ICC Building, Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing Inspector Certifications
  • SCLLR Registration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
