Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of the Maintenance Electrical Technician include:

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by meeting safety, quality, cost, productivity, and profitability goals.
  • Conducting troubleshooting and repairs on electrical systems.
  • Collaborating with operations teams to enhance process efficiency.
  • Engaging in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assisting in the documentation and training processes for all equipment.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.
Work Schedule

This position requires flexibility, including the possibility of scheduled and unscheduled overtime, rotating shifts, and weekend work.

Safety is paramount in all operations. Candidates must demonstrate a strong ability to lead and uphold safety policies, practices, and housekeeping standards consistently.

Minimum Qualifications
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in electrical maintenance within the metal manufacturing sector.
  • Strong understanding of power concepts.
  • Familiarity with automation technologies.
  • Basic knowledge of hydraulic and mechanical systems.
  • A 2-year degree in electrical or a related discipline.
Compensation

Starting pay is $43.00 per hour, with additional overtime opportunities.
