Job Title: Regional Field Sales Manager

Pilgrim's is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Field Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with regional chains, distributors, and broker teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance sales team performance
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the food service industry, preferably in the poultry or protein industry
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and developing strategic relationships
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel extensively (estimated 50%+)

  • Competitive base salary range of $150,000-160,000
