Regional Sales Manager West

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure successful sales outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to inform business decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 5-8 years of sales experience, preferably in the metalworking industry.
- Strong knowledge of the metal removal manufacturing and distribution.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
