NoGigiddy is on the lookout for a dedicated and customer-oriented Junior Client Account Specialist to become part of our remote workforce. Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients, comprehending their needs and guaranteeing their satisfaction.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary contact for clients, promptly and effectively addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Account Coordination: Aid in the management of client accounts, including the establishment of new accounts, overseeing renewals, and ensuring all client data is current.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve client issues, ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Reporting: Compile and present regular reports on account performance, client feedback, and service enhancements.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure client needs are met.
  • Client Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, providing them with essential resources and information to get started.
  • Feedback Collection: Collect and communicate client feedback to enhance our services and client experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong aptitude for understanding and fulfilling client needs.
  • Organizational Skills: Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and account management tools is beneficial.
  • Prior experience with gig economy platforms or staffing applications is a plus.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Relevant certifications or coursework in customer service, sales, or account management are beneficial but not required.

Working Conditions:

  • Remote Work: This role allows for flexibility in work location.

Salary Range:
