Key Responsibilities- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Trade Partner Management: Coordinate and supervise the work of Lennar trade partners, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and within agreed-upon timelines.
- Community Management: Manage, supervise, and direct all aspects of customer relations for assigned communities, including conducting field meetings with trade partners, construction staff, and sales staff as needed.
- Quality Control: Review and certify the completion of each home within their community, ensuring that all work meets Lennar's quality standards.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with customers, trade partners, and internal stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are informed and up-to-date on project progress and any issues that may arise.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in directing, coordinating, and supervising work, particularly in a customer-facing role with a homebuilder.
- Skills: Advanced knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and document management, as well as excellent follow-up, communication, and time management skills.
- Certifications: Valid Driver's License with good driving record and valid auto insurance coverage.
