Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Product Marketing Specialist to enhance our product team.

The Product Marketing Specialist will be instrumental in driving projects to fruition while considering user needs, market dynamics, and competitive analysis.

This role will collaborate closely with product management, sales, and marketing teams to identify opportunities, create resources, and deliver impactful marketing materials for successful product launches.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Develop compelling product positioning, marketing messages, and sales enablement tools to ensure successful product launches.

2. Create go-to-market strategies for key products and features, utilizing data insights and competitive analysis.3. Clearly articulate Alarm's unique technology and the solutions it provides to customers.4. Translate technical specifications into meaningful benefits for target audiences.


5. Serve as the Voice of the Customer, gathering feedback to inform product positioning and evaluate past launches.

6. Facilitate internal consensus on key assets to meet project milestones and deadlines.

7. Effectively communicate launch plans and resources across the organization to ensure preparedness.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant Product Marketing experience, ideally within a technology-focused organization.

2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

3. Proficiency in graphic design tools such as PowerPoint, InDesign, and Photoshop.

4. Strong writing skills with experience in creating engaging marketing and sales content.


5. Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse teams across the organization.

6. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

7. Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

8. Enthusiasm for new technologies and innovative solutions.
