Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Review Specialist to join our Compliance Team at Accretive Technology Group. As a Content Review Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our platform by reviewing and moderating user-generated content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review live streams and user submissions for sensitive activity that violates our platform's terms and conditions
  • Make classification and reporting decisions based on specific rules and guidelines
  • Demonstrate a keen attention to detail and produce high-quality work products
  • Work independently and manage time effectively to meet strict deadlines
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and provide expert feedback

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of experience in a moderator role with above-average KPIs
  • Demonstrated ability to make quick decisions based on available inputs
  • Prior job experience in a related field is preferred
  • Mature and professional demeanor while viewing and addressing a variety of content and user situations
  • Logical problem-solving skills and adaptability
  • Superior written and verbal communication, customer service, and time management skills

A reasonable, good-faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base pay for this position is $16-$19 per hour with eligibility for overtime. This estimate is dependent on a variety of factors. This position will also include profit sharing, which also depends on a variety of factors.
