Your Daily Responsibilities as a Custodial Specialist:

As a Custodial Specialist, your main focus will be to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and aesthetic appeal across all apartments and communal areas. You will play a vital role in making our residents feel at home. Your enthusiasm and reliability will reflect your commitment to quality work. You will report directly to the Business Manager and collaborate with the Leasing and Maintenance teams to foster a welcoming, family-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Professionally clean and maintain the interiors of the apartment community, including model units, vacant apartments, and amenities.
  • Refresh vacant apartments, leasing offices, and common areas.
  • Perform tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, window cleaning, trash removal, appliance cleaning, and dusting.
  • Sanitize restrooms in the office, common areas, and pool facilities.
  • Assist with additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a custodial role is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential.
  • Willingness to assist with after-hours emergencies when required.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and navigate stairs regularly.
