Naumann Hobbs Material Handling, Inc. is a leading provider of material handling equipment and services in the Southwest. We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Process daily cash receipts from various sources, including Lockbox, ACH/EFT, Wire, Remote Deposit, and Credit Card.
  • Create and send daily reports of cash receipts totals.
  • Research and accurately post customer cash receipts according to customer support documents.
  • Export and manipulate remittance details from various payment service portals.
  • Ensure timely processing of monthly adjustments, such as discounts and short pays.
  • Reconcile cash postings to bank statements monthly.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a high-volume environment.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPS.
