Job Summary:

The Customer Service Coordinator (CSC) plays a vital role in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty through responsive and proactive communication. This includes responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively reaching out to customers to ensure their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer service needs in a courteous and professional manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Make outbound calls or respond to inbound calls to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the Service Department, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction by building relationships, communicating openly, and proactively resolving concerns.
  • Prepare and distribute necessary paperwork, including welcome packets, renewals, and service agreements.
  • Monitor and report on competitive activity.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate exceptional telephone skills and internal/external customer service abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to comprehend and follow direction.
  • Good experience and skills in MS Office and basic administrative tasks.
  • Ability to recognize colors, sizes, and types of products and perform basic math calculations.
  • High School graduation or similar experience.
