Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Athelas, focusing on Revenue Cycle Management. As a key member of our Operations team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to define critical business processes, ensuring efficient execution and a seamless onboarding process for clients. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that will quickly expand to cover more emergent business problem areas.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure timely and efficient execution of client onboarding, from project initiation to launch.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Launcher, Account Management, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams, to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of systems and processes that facilitate scalability and efficiency.
- Break down complex business problems and own execution and outcomes.
- Oversee the project management process, ensuring timely and qualitative onboarding and continuous improvement of key metrics.
- Drive operational metrics, including process throughput and defect rate.
- Stay up-to-date on the business and proactively solve emerging problems.
- 3-5 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or operations at a fast-paced SaaS tech company.
- SQL required or robust analytical experience.
- Comfortable working with data and proficiency in SQL and Excel.
- Expertise in project management, with experience deploying multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
