About the Role

Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) is seeking a highly skilled Digital Fundraising Coordinator to join our team. As a leading nonpartisan nonprofit government watchdog, we are dedicated to defending our democratic institutions, rooting out government corruption, and fighting the influence of money in politics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Development and Digital teams to develop and implement effective digital fundraising strategies;
  • Design and implement engaging digital content to drive grassroots and high-dollar donor engagement;
  • Manage the editing, coding, targeting, and approval process for grassroots fundraising emails;
  • Coordinate with the Development team on online engagement opportunities for donors;
  • Develop and optimize user experiences for online donors, including drafting, testing, and building donation pages;
  • Lead the management and growth of CREW's SMS fundraising program;
  • Monitor and analyze the response to CREW's emails and texts to inform winning messaging and donor analytics;
  • Contribute to the development of digital messaging and programming calendars with the digital team.
Requirements
  • 2-4+ years of experience in digital fundraising, preferably in nonprofit, government, campaign, or comparable settings;
  • Proven ability to create and manage time-sensitive materials;
  • Demonstrated commitment to producing high-quality written work;
  • Interest in government ethics and money in politics issues;
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle competing tasks;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Comfort with database management and timely updates;
  • Initiative to identify needs, take charge of tasks, and drive results in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to respond quickly to changing priorities.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range of $55,000-$65,000 based on experience and qualifications;
