Job Title: Web and Content Manager

Join the National LGBTQ Task Force as a Web and Content Manager, where you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing the organization's digital communications strategy. As a key member of the Communications, Marketing and Branding team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the Task Force's online presence, including its website, social media channels, and email campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute multi-channel digital communications campaigns to support the Task Force's programs and fundraising efforts.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create and edit audience-specific content for email, social media, paid advertising, and text/messaging campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain the Task Force's website, ensuring its functionality, efficiency, and security.
  • Monitor web traffic and analytics, making recommendations to improve effectiveness.
  • Support the Communications, Marketing and Branding team in reporting on content, audiences, and analytics for all platforms.
Requirements:
  • Experience in digital communications, marketing, and web development.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their role in digital communications.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and content creation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
