Naviga is seeking a highly motivated National Account Executive to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize a state-of-the-art applicant tracking system and other lead-generating resources to qualify, profile, and convert prospects into clients.
  • Maintain a full sales funnel of these prospects and build amazing relationships.
  • Own the business development sales cycle, from initial contact to close, and manage client relationships.
  • Support and expand existing customer base.
  • Communicate with clients, analyze their needs, and provide primary interaction.
  • Collaborate and share knowledge with various team members and departments.
  • Stay up-to-date on new products, services, competitor activities, and market data.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of proven sales experience in Information Technology, IT Staffing, or Professional Services.
  • Able to work well independently, be self-confident, authentic in abilities and demeanor.
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, and a high achiever.
  • Must be internally driven to succeed, want to help people, and sell with purpose.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
