Account Executive Role

As an Account Executive, your primary responsibility will be generating admissions and growing patient census in a designated territory. This customer-facing role involves sales, growth, and marketing of clinical programs and outcomes to establish Elara Caring as a top provider of care in our communities.

You'll work closely with medical professionals, connecting our high-quality in-home care to eligible patients and families. To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business (preferred)
  • Post-acute or DME sales experience (preferred)
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proven sales acumen with a track record of success
  • A clear understanding of referral source decision-making and decision-makers
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on providing solutions to meet patient and business needs
  • A high level of confidence to interact with healthcare professionals at all levels
  • A competitive mindset to meet and exceed business objectives
  • Adaptability, enthusiasm, and a willingness to cooperate with others

Requirements

You'll need a dependable vehicle, a valid driver's license, and current auto insurance under the state laws.
