Position Overview:

The Accounting Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the reconciliation of General Ledger (G/L) accounts and facilitating the monthly financial closing process. This position is integral in managing accounting functions, bookkeeping activities, and general office operations.

Supervisory Duties:

This role entails direct supervisory responsibilities over accounting staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all facets of G/L, Accounts Payable (A/P), and Inventory management, including the reconciliation of financial schedules.
  • Assist in maintaining the integrity of the General Ledger.
  • Perform various administrative tasks as required and support operational areas as directed by management.
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) meets or exceeds company benchmarks.
  • Implement necessary controls to protect company assets.
  • Support the training and supervision of office personnel.
  • Uphold company policies and ensure adherence to established standards.
  • Encourage compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Assist in the formulation of the annual budget.
  • Ensure compliance with annual external audit requirements.
  • Foster effective employee relations.
  • Promote and maintain positive Employee Satisfaction Index (ESI).
