We invite you to join our team as a Crisis Residential Mental Health Support Specialist. As a key member of our direct care team, you will serve adults with serious mental illness in a supportive environment.

This is a Full-time, Night position, working Saturday through Monday 6:00pm - 6:30am and an additional 4 hours will be determined at the time of hire. We offer a competitive hourly wage of $22.00 per hour DOE/Credentials, plus an additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential during the work hours of 10:00pm - 6:00am.

We also provide a 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired).

Job Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions for our clients.
  • Perform housekeeping and meal preparation duties.
  • Administer medication as needed.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Requirements:
  • Must be eligible for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration.
  • Eligibility requires one of the following criteria: Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, minimum three years of behavioral health experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Successful applicants must have a valid Oregon driver's license, maintain a safe driving record, and pass a DHS criminal background check.
  • Demonstrate ability to frequently talk, listen, use hands and fingers, stand, walk, reach; as well as lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds.
