About the Role:
As a Psychiatric Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient-centered care to individuals facing mental health crises. Your expertise will be invaluable in supporting patients, their families, and the healthcare team in achieving optimal outcomes.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or higher required
* At least 3 years of experience in mental health nursing, preferably in a leadership role
* Current Oregon State Board of Nursing licensure as a Registered Nurse
* Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)

Preferred Qualifications:
* Charge nurse experience within the last 2 years
* Completion of Sanctuary training preferred
* Specialty certifications in psychiatric-mental health nursing (PMH-RN) or medical-surgical nursing (CMSRN)
