Requirements:
  • Minimum of five years of retail operational foodservice management experience.
  • Proven track record of success in managing multiple departments and teams.
  • Strong financial management skills, including budget development and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Ability to think critically and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Multi-unit management experience.
  • P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience.
  • Experience with cash retail operations and retail marketing.
  • Supervisory, leadership, management, and coaching skills.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
