Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Client Solutions Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative products and services. Your focus will be on nurturing existing strategic accounts while also exploring new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior management to identify target accounts and develop tailored sales strategies.
  • Organize and manage your sales territory to effectively engage with current and prospective clients.
  • Secure and renew orders while ensuring timely delivery and addressing any related concerns.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and various internal departments to enhance service delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Make recommendations for product improvements and operational efficiencies based on client feedback.
  • Utilize quality control measures to ensure product standards are met and address any issues promptly.
  • Assist in managing inventory levels to optimize resources for both the company and clients.
  • Work closely with finance teams to resolve any account discrepancies.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A willingness to travel as needed.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Basic mathematical skills for calculations related to sales.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following will be considered advantageous:

  • Experience with SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the ink industry or commercial printing.
