The company owns, operates, and franchises Cafes across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, as well as owns, licenses, and/or manages hotel/casino properties worldwide.
We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to join our team as an Assistant General Manager at our Hard Rock Cafe - Universal Resort Orlando location.
This is a senior business leadership role that supports the General Manager in upholding all brand standards, core values, while meeting or exceeding Owners' Objectives.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for asset management of the entire facility, working closely with Sales to execute the Cafe Sales & Marketing plan, and mentoring junior management staff in understanding the businesses financial goals.
- They will work in unison with the Cafe General Manager to communicate a clear operating direction based on a sound understanding of the business, strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in sales strategy, team management, and financial planning, while contributing to the success of one of the world's most recognized hospitality brands.
As an Assistant General Manager, you can expect a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus bonuses and benefits.
