Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Guest Service Representative to join our team at Graduate Annapolis. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.

About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. You will be the first point of contact for many of our guests, and your attention to detail, positive attitude, and ability to work well under pressure will make all the difference in their stay with us.

The ideal candidate will have prior customer service experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and basic computer skills. They will also be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing and possess excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide personalized service
- Review arrival lists daily and prepare welcome amenities
- Escort VIPs to their rooms and check them in prior to arrival
- Answer phone calls within three rings and respond to guest inquiries
- Maintain accurate cash handling procedures and report any discrepancies to management
- Keep the front desk area clean and organized
