  • Oversee the completion of physician and insurance referrals as designated. Manage the scheduling of all prescribed diagnostic and laboratory tests as required.
  • Conduct insurance verification for clinics as instructed.
  • Maintain daily communication with assigned clinics regarding scheduling, referrals, and insurance verification.
  • Accurately document all interactions in the electronic medical records system as necessary.
  • Act as a liaison for patients on behalf of providers concerning any issues related to scheduling tests, referrals, or insurance verification.
  • Foster relationships with external physician offices, insurance providers, and hospital departments to ensure all patients receive outstanding care.

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

1-3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
