Job Opportunity

Hilton Marco Island Resort and Spa is seeking a seasoned Sales and Marketing professional to lead our Sales team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships to enhance our hotel's market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Lead a high-performing Sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure exceptional results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement the annual Sales and Marketing plan, ensuring alignment with hotel goals and objectives.
  • Manage and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities to optimize sales performance.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the hotel's products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and emerging trends to ensure the hotel remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hotel Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Advanced knowledge of group meeting market trends, sales strategies, and revenue management techniques.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in Sales and Marketing, such as Director of Sales Training Certified.
  • Experience with Newmarket Delphi System and other hotel management software.
  • Additional language ability, with proficiency in English and other languages.
  • CPR certification and First Aid training.
